You can return the window cam within 60 days of delivery. Contact our support team first and we'll send you the right return instructions and address.

How to start a return

• Email support@hyenterprise.com with your order number and the reason.
• You'll receive the return instructions and return address from us.
• After we receive and inspect it, we refund via the original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

Report shipping damage or a wrong item as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs

For a return without a defect, return shipping may be at your cost. For damage, a defect or a wrong delivery, Hyenterprise covers the return shipment.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable US state consumer protection laws. Our 60-day window is our own guarantee on top of those rights.
